📋 Description

• Support challenging strategy and transformation projects for large companies—from developing strategic options through to concrete implementation • Analyze complex issues and develop strategic options • Translate strategic options into concrete areas of action, roadmaps, and decisions • Collaborate with different business functions and management levels • Align stakeholder interests and actively drive decision-making • Develop clear storylines and high-quality management and executive board presentations • Translate complex content into clear, understandable messages • Convert strategic target visions into concrete measures and support their implementation • Structure projects and workstreams • Prepare workshops and management meetings • Coordinate activities, responsibilities, and decisions • Apply Generative AI, AI Agents, and automation to concrete business processes and use cases • Take a hands-on approach to rapidly deliver robust results

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in strategy development, transformation, project management, or management consulting • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Fluent German and very good English • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including in complex corporate structures • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills, particularly for management and executive board presentations • Experience with AI / Generative AI in a business context, along with a good understanding of AI Agents and AI-based automation • Ability to quickly understand, structure, and distill complex and sometimes unstructured topics down to the essentials • Fast-paced, pragmatic, and results-oriented working style • High degree of ownership and the ability to drive topics forward independently • NICE TO HAVE: Experience in the energy sector • NICE TO HAVE: Experience in the data center environment • NICE TO HAVE: Experience with strategic projects at larger companies or corporations • NICE TO HAVE: Basic technical understanding and an interest in new technologies
