The firm arranges long-term brand partnerships and media campaigns, manages influencer revenue streams (endorsements, speaking, hosting, creator workshops, licensing, affiliate partnerships, brand ambassadorships, IG Live interviews), and develops licensing deals for apparel, beauty, toys, and housewares.

📋 Description

• Assist the Sales/Talent Management team in securing influencer campaign activations. • Build and maintain relationships with influencers to support campaign strategies. • Research and recommend influencers to brands based on audience, niche, and campaign goals. • Collect and analyze data from past campaigns, creating reports and insights to optimize future activations. • Stay up-to-date with market trends to help inform campaign strategy. • Conduct regular outreach to brands and secure campaign opportunities. • Apply to campaigns through platforms to secure influencer partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior. • 3.0 GPA or above. • At least 1 previous internship. • Commit to at least 15 hours a week during normal office hours (8 AM–5 PM in your time zone). • Excellent writing and communication skills. • Strong organizational abilities and a professional demeanor. • Resourceful, eager to learn, and proactive in asking questions.
