📋 Description

• Lead Fanatics Ecosystem financial planning, forecasting, and long-range modeling, partnering with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable financial plans and KPIs. • Own and deliver key financial reporting across Fanatics App, FanCash, Fanatics ONE, and Fan Data Services, including monthly and quarterly business reviews and materials for board and executive leadership. • Define, track, and refine operational KPIs to support performance management and ensure alignment with financial plans. • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Commercial teams to evaluate investments, pricing, and growth initiatives, ensuring disciplined capital allocation and ROI. • Build and scale FP&A processes, models, and systems, improving forecast accuracy, scenario planning, and decision-making in a fast-moving environment. • Partner with analytics on consolidated business metrics reporting, including establishing consistent, cross-functional definitions and improving data integrity. • Partner on ad hoc financial analyses tied to key strategic initiatives and commercial projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. • 8–12 years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or investor relations; experience in a public or multinational company preferred. • Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems and BI tools is a plus. • Proven experience preparing and presenting materials to senior management, with strong attention to detail and data visualization skills. • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing strategic thinking with execution. • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members preferred.
