📋 Description

• Lead strategic recruitment and expansion of the Pledge Insurance Network by identifying, targeting, and securing independent agency partners • Develop, manage, optimize, track, analyze, and report on the prospective member pipeline • Negotiate and execute member agreements • Oversee agency onboarding, market access, carrier appointments, and agency-to-carrier relationships • Integrate agency books of business into the network, coordinating with carriers and managing agency codes and operational workflows • Develop multi-channel engagement strategies through calls, digital outreach, in-person visits, campaigns, and social media • Provide strategic leadership and advisory support to member agencies, including growth planning and performance benchmarking • Manage implementation, adoption, and optimization of organizational tools and platforms, including member onboarding, training, and ongoing education • Develop training materials and improve user experience with internal teams • Manage PIN’s digital presence and oversee the network website with marketing collaboration • Direct membership financial processes, including payments, contract compliance, and agreement lifecycle management • Own and execute the development and operations of PIN, including network offerings and services to member agencies

🎯 Requirements

• Eight or more years of experience in the insurance industry, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience • Associate’s Degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or related degree • Experience working within sales, business development, training and/or agency department • Experience working within or closely with independent insurance agents/agencies • Strong understanding of how the insurance industry operates • Experience utilizing at least one CRM system • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization; applicants requiring sponsorship now or in the future cannot be considered
