📋 Description

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with independent agency partners • Promote the company’s insurance products, underwriting strengths, service capabilities, and competitive advantages • Identify sales opportunities through agency visits, referrals, networking, market research, and targeted outreach • Educate agency partners on appetite, eligibility, coverage features, quoting processes, and submission requirements • Collaborate with underwriting, customer service, and leadership teams to support profitable growth and a positive customer experience • Assist with marketing campaigns, agency communications, presentations, promotional materials, and sales initiatives • Track sales activity, pipeline opportunities, market feedback, and agency performance using company systems and reports • Represent the company at industry events, agency meetings, trade associations, and community networking opportunities • Stay informed about property insurance trends, competitor activity, market conditions, and regulatory considerations

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in insurance sales, marketing, agency relations, business development, or customer-facing relationship management preferred • Property and casualty insurance knowledge strongly preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain insurance concepts clearly and confidently • Strong relationship-building, presentation, organization, and follow-up skills • Ability to work independently, manage a territory or book of agency relationships, and meet growth objectives • Professional, ethical, and service-oriented approach to representing the company • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, quoting platforms, and other business technology • Valid driver's license and ability to travel for agency visits, events, and meetings as needed
