• Focus on awareness • Educates legal and other professionals in the justice system about the characteristics and impacts of FASD • Provides advice to the board, staff and committees regarding justice related issues • Develops policies and procedures within the justice system that are specifically tailored to individuals with FASD • Collaborates with organizations like FASD advocacy groups, mental health providers and social service agencies
