📋 Description

• Lead targeted security risk assessments across the organization • Analyze risk data to identify patterns of deficiencies • Own and evolve systems that track risk decisions and mitigations • Oversee relevant Risk Committees • Design metrics and reporting to give Senior Leadership a pulse check on security posture • Maintain Fastly’s core security policies and standards • Support third party risk assessment and maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field • Proven leadership in security strategy • Extensive experience dissecting complex environments • Ability to communicate technical vulnerabilities • Ability to translate risks into actionable security controls • Working knowledge of various frameworks and industry standards (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, OWASP Top 10) • Experience crafting security policies and standards • Ability to interpret internal security controls • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience using governance, risk management, and compliance tools preferred
