📋 Description

• Strategically lead the design of complex digital products across the ecosystem, ensuring technical excellence, visual consistency, and usability across app, web, and CRM • Act as a strategic partner to Product Managers, Tech Leads, and Business Leaders, influencing the roadmap and building customer-centric solutions • Independently orchestrate and lead discovery processes, structured research, usability testing, and hypothesis validation, combining qualitative and quantitative data • Mentor and inspire less experienced designers, fostering feedback, collaboration, and design excellence within the chapter • Ensure the governance and evolution of the Design System, driving best practices, scalability, and efficiency in partnership with engineering teams • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the user experience, monitoring and optimizing conversion, engagement, and payment/credit funnel metrics • Lead the end-to-end design of features • Collaborate daily with technology, Product Managers, data scientists, and internal CBpay teams

🎯 Requirements

• Solid, proven experience as a Product Designer, with a track record of delivering high-impact digital products, preferably within large-scale transactional ecosystems • Advanced proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Useberry, Miro, and interactive prototyping tools • Deep experience with design system governance, atomic design, and WCAG accessibility guidelines • Excellence in UX/UI Design and UX Research • Ability to lead in-depth investigations, systemic journey mapping, and information architecture initiatives • Comfortable working with product metrics, including retention, conversion, NPS, and drop-off rate • Ability to translate data insights into strategic design decisions • Robust, up-to-date portfolio featuring end-to-end case studies, problem-solving rationale, trade-offs, and business impact • Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills • Ability to articulate and defend design decisions to stakeholders at different levels and across different functions • Systems thinking, autonomy, resilience in dealing with ambiguity, and strong prioritization skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments • Preferred: Established experience with financial products, digital banks, fintechs, or credit/payment journeys • Preferred: Experience facilitating co-creation workshops such as Design Sprints and Lean Inception
