📋 Description

• Lead management, optimization, governance, and lifecycle of all software systems across The Fedcap Group’s international footprint • Define and execute a multi-year systems roadmap aligned with organizational growth • Drive platform rationalization and consolidation • Identify and scale AI, automation, and emerging capabilities within software platforms • Lead system administration, configuration, and functional support across a 300+ system and vendor portfolio • Establish standards for configuration, release management, testing, change control, documentation, and production readiness • Design application role and permission models with Security and Compliance • Coordinate vulnerability remediation, upgrades, patches, vendor maintenance, data archival, and disaster recovery requirements • Build and lead the business partnership function between technology and business operations • Establish systems service catalog, intake, prioritization, escalation paths, and satisfaction targets • Lead implementations, upgrades, and migrations from requirements through stabilization, including UAT, deployment readiness, training, and post-launch support • Monitor utilization and adoption and develop remediation plans • Lead systems and application architecture, integration patterns, interoperability standards, and architecture reviews • Partner with Software Engineering and Data & Analytics on integrations, data quality, reporting, and dependencies • Manage software vendors, licensing, service levels, budgets, forecasting, negotiations, renewals, and purchasing decisions • Lead vendor business reviews and ensure contractual accountability • Support RFPs, proposals, pre-acquisition due diligence, and post-acquisition systems onboarding and harmonization • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing distributed team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • 10+ years in enterprise applications, business systems, or digital transformation roles • 5+ years in leadership • Proven success leading major system implementations, migrations, adoption programs, and platform rationalization across multiple business units or entities • Experience managing distributed teams, business-facing technology functions, and third-party software vendors • Strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and enterprise platforms spanning CRM, case management, student management, and EHR • Familiarity with modern SaaS administration • Understanding of application integrations, APIs, identity and access management, role-based permissions, release management, application security fundamentals, and AI and automation capabilities within software platforms • Strong capability in application portfolio management, software licensing, service management, and technology financial optimization • Business-first leadership style with strong customer orientation and focus on measurable operational outcomes • Ability to build trusted relationships with executives, operational leaders, technical teams, vendors, and end users • Comfortable operating in a federated, international organization undergoing significant transformation • ITIL, PMP, Prosci, business analysis, TOGAF, and/or relevant platform certifications preferred • Advanced degree preferred • Experience leading application architecture, integration standards, and architecture reviews across a complex, multi-entity organization preferred
