📋 Description

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements • Conduct current-state assessments and identify operational gaps • Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and business documentation • Support implementation plans, roadmaps, and modernization strategies • Create executive briefings, reports, and recommendations for government leadership • Support organizational change management and technology adoption efforts • Develop SOPs, job aids, user guides, and training materials • Coordinate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions • Support project planning, status reporting, and deliverable development • Assist with continuous improvement of mission processes, digital services, and user experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience performing business analysis, requirements development, process improvement, or technology modernization support • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements • Experience facilitating meetings and stakeholder engagements • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience preparing reports and presentations for leadership audiences • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools • United States citizenship required • Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability and access to government systems and information • Must support a DHS environment containing Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) • Must maintain applicable security clearances and/or certifications as required • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline • Preferred certifications: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or equivalent certification • Preferred experience with DHS, CISA, or other Federal civilian agencies • Preferred familiarity with Agile project environments • Preferred experience using Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools • Preferred experience supporting digital transformation initiatives • Preferred understanding of AI-enabled business processes and technology adoption
