📋 Description

• Understand HireRight’s systems and departmental processes • Coordinate data acquisition targets to advance HireRight’s competitive advantage • Analyze data depth, coverage, and return on investment • Identify and implement acquisition process efficiencies • Contribute to maintenance of source documentation while ensuring version control • Train team members and other departments and serve as a subject matter expert for data acquired by the Data Acquisition Department • Maintain business relationships with existing data source providers and initiate contact for data updates that do not conform to specified standards • Investigate source maintenance issues by working directly with providers, courts, and HireRight personnel, providing data acquisition instruction as necessary • Acquire, grow, and maintain HireRight’s data sources supporting Enterprise products and services • Ensure data sources meet HireRight quality standards and provide accurate, timely, and professional feedback related to data-source evaluation and processes

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred • Prior documentation and research experience • Training experience a plus • Computer literacy in an Internet/Windows environment is required • Proper verbal communication skills are required • Experience managing multiple projects and changing priorities • Purchasing or supply chain experience a plus
