📋 Description
• Identify and cultivate donor relationships • Develop personalized solicitation strategies • Prepare and deliver solicitation materials • Record all donor interactions in database • Support department initiatives and collaborate with team members
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in major gifts cultivation • Familiarity with donor relationship management tools • Ability to conduct prospect research using tools like WealthEngine • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
