• Coordinate planned maintenance programs, including scheduling, work orders, and vendor engagement • Manage work order lifecycle (creation, updates, tracking, documentation, and completion follow-up) • Administer and maintain CMMS data to ensure accuracy and reporting integrity • Partner with Regional Facilities Managers and field teams to support consistent service delivery • Monitor vendor performance, service completion, and compliance with maintenance standards • Track and report on maintenance activity, KPIs, and operational metrics • Support service concerns, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements • Assist with cross-functional Facilities and Real Estate initiatives as needed • Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE requirements
• 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, maintenance administration, or related field • Experience supporting multi-site facilities operations preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word) • Experience with CMMS platforms; ServiceChannel preferred • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with a strong customer-focused attitude • High school diploma or equivalent experience
