📋 Description

• Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process • Plan, schedule, direct and execute production activities • Communicate production progress with customers throughout the process • Develop cost-effective measures to achieve exceptional business practices • Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demands • Maintain current product knowledge and industry trends • Implement and maintain company directives and policies • Coordinate installations with customers, contractors, sales, accounting, and office teams

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience working as a production coordinator in the home improvement/renovation or restoration industry preferred • Strong understanding of residential building standards • Working knowledge of technical software • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High regard for quality assurance and customer service • Strong organizational and time-management skills
