• Bachelors degree in business or a related field • 10+ years of experience in a life and/or annuity insurance company or agency, including 4+ years in a team leadership role. • Demonstrated experience leading Agency Services, Service Center, or similar functions with a focus on commissions, contracting, and licensing administration. • Experience with variable annuity, securities, annuity, and life insurance products.
