📋 Description

• Manage a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner • Provide accurate information regarding Life and Annuity New Business • Professionally handle incoming calls and resolve inquiries and issues promptly, thoroughly, and efficiently • Research and document call reasons and resolutions, focusing on privacy regulations, processes, and procedures • Handle inquiries in the best interest of the customer and company • Provide quality service and support to Financial Advisors, Policy Holders, and Internal Business Partners • Perform administrative tasks and duties • Accept and own assigned project tasks • Contribute to deliverables and provide appropriate status updates • Perform other functions, duties, and projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • 0-1 years of experience working in a Contact Center, sales support team and/or other previous industry experience preferred • Basic understanding of F&G's structure and products/service offerings • Ability to handle customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner • Solid communication skills • Ability to self-organize, set priorities, and manage workload • Basic awareness and understanding of digital techniques, methods, and tools used at F&G • Basic understanding of data concepts • Understanding of risk awareness and risk mitigation strategies • Regular and punctual attendance • Some travel may be required (less than 10%)
