📋 Description

• Abstract, compile, and examine documentation from public records • Enter owners, lienholders, and other parties of interest into the title reporting system • Work on ongoing California tax collector title projects • Create a personal work schedule after completing remote training • Collaborate with peers and management

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years’ work experience as a Title Abstractor • Some experience searching title using a geographic title plant is helpful • Relevant title experience with California counties is preferred • Critical thinking with analytical and research skills • Ability to collaborate with peers and management • Detailed, organized, time management, and multitasking skills • Ability to operate and navigate a computer without supervision • Solid understanding of title practices and procedures • Familiarity with Title Point is a plus • High competence in computer applications, including the full Microsoft Suite, especially MS Excel • Comfort with PDF Studio Pro, Adobe Acrobat, and a paperless work environment • Strong English reading, writing, speaking, and communication skills
