📋 Description

• Act as the primary customer advocate and build relationships that drive long-term loyalty • Collaborate with pre- and post-sale teams to ensure on-time delivery and proactively manage risks and changes • Use engineering and manufacturing expertise to identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage changes • Serve as the program Subject Matter Expert for internal teams and customers • Monitor and report program milestones and adjust timelines and deliverables • Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction • Facilitate status meetings with customers and internal teams, communicating requirements, timelines, and quality standards • Maintain and contribute to the Quality Management System (QMS)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering • 5+ years of experience managing projects/programs in fast-paced engineering or manufacturing environments • Hands-on experience with New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), and high-volume manufacturing facilities • Expertise in one or more manufacturing processes, such as CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Die Casting, or Assembly • Customer-facing experience leading complex, consultative technical sales engagements • Strong program management, risk management, and time management skills • Proficiency in standard program management tools and software used for tracking, communication, and reporting across distributed teams • Strong business acumen and a customer-first mindset • Focus on process optimization, service enhancement, and driving customer success • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with experience working across multicultural, cross-functional teams
