📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs from scoping through launch, aligning company goals, timelines, and budget • Define scopes, schedules, and deliverables with stakeholders and maintain clear communication as plans evolve • Track milestones and reallocate resources to keep programs on track • Align strategies and priorities across multiple organizations • Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors • Identify technical, financial, and operational risks and create mitigation plans • Troubleshoot issues and keep programs moving through changing circumstances • Define KPIs, report program health and impact to leadership, and use data to improve prioritization • Lead rollout of tools, processes, and workflows, supporting adoption with training and documentation • Forecast resourcing needs and support headcount and capacity planning with Customer Success leadership • Apply program management best practices and SaaS industry trends to improve execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing complex, cross-functional programs, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or a related technical environment • Technical fluency and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa • Familiarity with Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Linear, or similar project management tools • Comfortable operating within Agile/Scrum frameworks • Strong written and verbal communication skills across executives, engineers, and external partners • Ability to define and track KPIs and use data for prioritization and process changes • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience • PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar project/program management certification • Experience with large enterprise or Big 4-style customers is a bonus • Background in Audit & Accounting is a bonus • Background in regulated or compliance-adjacent spaces is a bonus • Prior experience scaling PM practices at an early- or growth-stage startup is a bonus • Must be based in the USA for the remote arrangement
