📋 Description

• Convert Word and Excel files to EDGAR and PDF • Proofread complex styles and identify errors • Meet tight deadlines with accuracy • Develop a strong foundation in FilePoint’s mission and guiding principles • Learn the purpose of FilePoint’s regulatory disclosure services and industry practices • Progress through a guided training matrix to develop production skill sets • Reference team documentation daily • Convert and review projects within guided time frames • Work with colleagues to solve problems • Correspond with clients as needed to complete projects • Communicate project deliverable progress, timing, challenges, and potential solutions to management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Computers, Information Science, or closely related field required • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Will train new graduates • Ability to work 9am–6pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) • Advanced Microsoft Office skills • Strong computer and communication skills • High aptitude for learning new technical skills and computer software • Ability to troubleshoot with a solution-oriented mindset • Ability to identify and create new processes to improve and automate workflow • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • High quality control and positive response to feedback • Technical writing skills for clear and concise internal and external communication • Desktop publishing, typesetting, graphic communications, programming, print production, training, HTML, or IT support experience/knowledge • Basic Adobe CC suite knowledge • Some travel to the home office required
