📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for transcribers via Email and Slack, managing questions, issues, and routine communications • Own onboarding for new transcription Independent Contractor's: coordinating paperwork, training access, and first-week check-ins • Conduct QA reviews on transcription deliverables, flagging issues and routing feedback to appropriate owners • Maintain communication logs and ensure follow-through on open items • Support the Transcription Marketplace Strategy Team with operational tasks to clear bandwidth for strategic priorities • Contribute to process documentation as workflows are refined

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in a fast-growing startup or consulting firm • Strong written communicator. You write clearly and professionally with little editing needed. • Detail-oriented and consistent. QA work requires you to catch what others miss. • Organized self-starter who can manage a queue of tasks without constant direction • Experience in coordinator, operations, or administrative roles • Familiarity with transcription, legal services, or independent contractor management is a plus
