📋 Description

• Manage and support construction projects across the portfolio, ensuring all milestones are met. • Review construction loans to verify that all approval conditions have been met according to established criteria. • Partner with branches, borrowers, and general contractors to gather, verify, and execute all required documentation. • Communicate effectively with the lock desk and branch teams regarding float-down timing. • Process loan files with modified terms, ensuring borrower requalification when necessary and meeting all agency delivery requirements. • Act as a subject matter expert to handle product inquiries and assist branches with pre-disclosure reviews for accurate construction term setup. • Contribute to departmental goals, support a collaborative team culture, and perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in residential mortgage lending, with specific expertise in residential construction loans. • Deep understanding of conventional, government (FHA/VA), and Jumbo loan requirements. • Strong working knowledge of state and federal real estate lending regulations. • Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and accomplish work goals. • Experience leading or developing team initiatives and collaborative projects. • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
