📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutions utilizing interim staffing services • Take ownership of assigned work and complete tasks accurately, on time, and in accordance with project, compliance, and quality expectations • Maintain compliance with Title IV and financial aid regulatory requirements • Identify opportunities to expand interim staffing services into broader consulting or operational partnerships • Document interim staff engagements and transfer knowledge to client teams • Advise college and university leadership on administering student financial aid • Maintain service orientation and high student satisfaction across front-line and back-office operations • Assist counselors and staff with complex financial aid issues • Identify process improvements, streamlining opportunities, quality-control processes, and human-error cross-checks • Strengthen relationships between financial aid and other campus offices • Work with business office staff to reconcile federal program accounts monthly • Ensure critical deadlines, including SAP monitoring or appeals, timely Return of Title IV Funds (R2T4), and reporting to external agencies, are met • Respond to financial aid data reporting requests • Manage FISAP reporting and other federal requirements • Provide executive insights on capacity, compliance, and cost trends

🎯 Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Title IV and regulatory requirements • Advanced understanding of institutional compliance requirements • Ability to develop policies and interpret regulatory topics at the institutional level • Awareness of budget management and fiscal responsibility • Knowledge of institutional research and data analysis • Proficiency in at least two SIS/FAM platforms • Ability to execute change-management strategies • Ability to meet deadlines, follow project plans, and present status and progress clearly • Full-time W-2 employment • Interest in a long-term opportunity and continued growth within FAS
