• Proactively call existing customers and identify their current needs • Create an excellent first impression and engage users from the outset • Schedule appointments for insurance advisors • Contact only active Finanzguru users who have already expressed interest in the app • Share insights from customer conversations and contribute ideas for process optimization • Play an active role in further developing outbound processes • Collaborate with experienced colleagues and insurance professionals
• Currently enrolled at a university or college and expected to remain enrolled for the next 1–2 years • Available to work approximately 20 hours per week, ideally spread across 5 working days • Highly communicative and outgoing • Initial experience in telephone sales, telesales, or customer service is preferred • Enjoy speaking on the phone and have a strong customer focus • Motivated, driven, and ready to take on responsibility in a dynamic startup environment • Excellent spoken and written German skills, at least C1 level
