📋 Description

• Build a network of cooperation partners—from research through publication • Research and identify relevant blogs, online magazines, industry portals, and newsletters • Evaluate potential partner websites based on topical relevance, reach, and quality • Independently reach out by email and LinkedIn and follow up professionally • Initiate and coordinate content collaborations, including guest articles and guest posts • Build high-quality, topically relevant backlinks • Coordinate topics, briefs, and publication dates with partners and the internal team • Maintain contacts, inquiries, and collaboration statuses in outreach lists or the CRM • Monitor published content and backlinks and report results regularly • Work closely with the SEO agency and marketing team

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business administration, economics, communications, media, or a comparable field • Genuine interest in finance, business, and AI • Basic understanding of SEO and the importance of backlinks, or willingness to learn quickly • Initial experience in outreach, link building, partnership management, or PR is a plus, but not required • Affinity for digital tools • Knowledge of SEO tools such as Sistrix, Ahrefs, or SEMrush is an advantage • Excellent written and spoken German is required • Good English is an advantage • Enjoyment of written communication • Confident and personable manner when communicating with editorial teams, website owners, and partners • Persistence and resilience in the face of setbacks • A good sense for suitable topics and partners • High level of self-motivation • Fast learner with a willingness to learn • Structured and conscientious approach to work • Open to feedback and committed to continuous development • Team player with proactive communication skills
