📋 Description
• Design playful & delightful flows, interactions, and high-fidelity visuals for mental health exercises, gaming mechanics, and growth loops. Prototype concrete solutions to ambiguous product challenges. • Create new design patterns that are intuitive and practical. Evolve our design system intentionally as we scale. • Design product concepts that balance product vision, speed, and business potential. • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product management, character design and character animation.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years industry experience designing consumer mobile apps at scale • Ability to untangle vague conceptual problems, and have a sharp intuition for the most accessible mental models and flows, so users can immediately start gaining value out of the product. • A strong eye for visual polish and user delight. You can create and prototype clear, intuitive, and appealing UI and interactions and enjoys thinking playfully & creatively. • Pragmatic about the implications and practicality of your designs. You don't get stuck on pretty UI or deep abstractions, and can balance between craft, speed, and product goals. • Ability to internalize all inputs and feedback to help you reach an optimal decision for the team and mission. • Big plus if you have hands-on experience with coding, illustration and/or game design.
