📋 Description

• Lead a major product at Findem, including setting long-term strategy and making the business case for more investment • Own the company’s thesis for the market segment, including the target buyer, customer personas, and their most important needs • Apply first-principles and out-of-the-box thinking, using quantitative and qualitative data to drive conclusions • Work closely with engineering to focus efforts on impactful innovations • Own prioritization, unblock major issues, and deliver product milestones • Work cross-functionally with marketing, GMs, support, and other stakeholders to drive alignment on goals • Set strategy and KPIs, drive product choices, and deliver high-impact outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as a product manager, ideally with startup experience • Experience building products that automate or enhance workflows using Agentic and Conversational AI • Experience doing 0->1 and 1->10 product building • Experience with B2B PLG products and B2B SaaS, especially for multi-step workflows • Ability to drive short-term execution while building towards and testing a long-term vision • Prior experience assisting or automating manual workflows • Prior experience in recruiting or HR software • Prior experience using cutting-edge AI/ML technologies
