📋 Description

• Deliver safe, professional, evidence-based, patient-centered infusion care under individualized Plans of Care • Provide care to pediatric and adult patients in homes and clinic settings • Perform nursing assessments and reassessments before, during, and after infusions • Administer IVIG, biologics, hydration, antibiotics, and other prescribed infusion therapies • Maintain venous access including PIVs, central lines, and ports • Monitor for adverse reactions and implement emergency interventions per protocol • Educate patients and families about medications, side effects, and self-monitoring • Document nursing activities accurately and promptly in the AlayaCare EMR • Communicate clinical findings and updates to physicians, pharmacists, caregivers, and the care team • Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination and patient advocacy • Obtain informed consents before treatment initiation • Complete as-needed operational tasks for FinicHealth Nursing Inc. • Participate in training, skills assessments, professional development, quality assurance, audits, and nursing reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of California • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing • Minimum two (2) years of clinical nursing experience, including at least one (1) year involving venipuncture and infusion therapy • Minimum one (1) year of pediatric nursing experience • Willingness and ability to provide care to adult patients • Current CPR certification • Preferred experience in critical care, ambulatory infusion, or home health settings • Reliable ability to travel independently to patient appointments within the designated service area • Completion of physical exam and TB test in accordance with California health standards • Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs and perform standing, walking, bending, and manual dexterity duties • Must pass pre-employment background check and verification of employment eligibility • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to work independently in patient homes and varying clinical environments • Ability to safely operate medical equipment and perform basic life support if needed • Ability to comply with federal, state, and local regulations, California Nurse Practice Act, OSHA guidelines, infection control, and universal precautions
