📋 Description

• Analyze existing functional shirts and underwear products for fit, cut, comfort and functionality • Optimize patterns, grading and size charts across different sizes • Develop concrete improvement proposals for existing products • Create, adjust and review pattern templates • Independently sew patterns and prototypes to practically test new pattern solutions • Assess fit, stretch behavior, construction, seams and wearing comfort • Support the creation and revision of technical product documentation • Work closely with our founding team on product requirements, target groups and implementation options

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in garment technology, pattern development, pattern construction or pattern making • Strong understanding of close-fitting, elastic garments • Experience with jersey, stretch fabrics, underwear, sportswear, activewear, shapewear or similar product groups • Confident handling of grading, size charts and fit optimization • Ability to sew and practically test patterns/prototypes independently is an advantage • Technical understanding of construction, seams, material behavior and wearing comfort • Structured, solution-oriented and reliable working style • Experience with functional apparel is a plus • Experience with tech packs, production documentation or supplier communication is also advantageous
