📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of clients with varying levels of service depending on package level • Serve as the primary point of contact for site issues, campaign changes, and reporting • Develop close client relationships • Act as a liaison between clients and the company • Relay clients’ goals to internal teams and campaign performance to clients • Manage onboarding for new clients, set expectations, and establish clients for long-term success • Analyze performance reports from Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook, Bing, and other platforms • Interpret performance data for clients • Monitor results and present feedback to clients • Train clients on optimizing online reputation and phone call conversion rates • Provide educational materials to help dental practices succeed • Answer client emails, phone calls, and other communications in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 year of relevant Account Management experience required • Dental Experience required • Digital Marketing required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Data driven and enjoy helping clients succeed • Team oriented and a problem solver • Enjoy professional conversations with clients and co-workers • Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and/or any other online marketing solutions (bonus points)
