• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales objectives within the Texas territory. • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to increase market share and brand presence. • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, agencies, and end users. • Support dealer partners with product knowledge, merchandising, sales tools, and customer opportunities. • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for dealers and end users. • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads within the assigned territory. • Attend trade shows, agency visits, and industry events as needed. • Maintain regular communication with internal teams regarding customer needs, market trends, and sales opportunities. • Provide timely reporting on territory activity, pipeline, and sales progress. • Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered. • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in public safety, tactical apparel, uniforms, equipment, or a related industry. • Experience working with dealers, distributors, agencies, government/public safety customers, or end users preferred. • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales objectives. • Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. • Strong presentation, product demonstration, and training skills. • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools preferred. • Ability to work independently and manage a large territory. • Self-motivated, organized, and goal driven. • Comfortable with frequent travel throughout Texas as required.
