📋 Description

• Develop new business opportunities within assigned territories • Acquire customers from warehouses and fulfillment centers (3PLs) • Acquire local e-commerce sellers • Acquire retail and distribution businesses • Acquire Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other marketplace sellers • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions • Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Track KPIs including new customer acquisition, revenue growth, package volume growth, and customer retention rate

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales or business development experience • Experience in logistics, transportation, last-mile delivery, warehousing, or e-commerce preferred • Proven track record in customer acquisition • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
