📋 Description

• Serve as the intake point for client custom reporting and data requests • Meet with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements • Create business requirements documentation (BRDs) for new or changing custom reporting requests • Coordinate with Business Analysts, Data Strategy, and Reporting teams to obtain cost estimates • Provide cost estimates, hours, and expected completion dates to the Client Relations Account Executive • Track, report on, and manage new reporting requests through completion • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with key stakeholders, as applicable • Conduct post-production validation (PPV) • Educate the internal Client Relations team about enhanced reporting and provide support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Mortgage servicing experience preferred • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present technical and nontechnical information • Experience with Smartsheet (Client Change Order) • Experience with TechManagement/DevOps • Experience with internal mailboxes • Experience with MSP/Valon
