• Research incoming order requests and provide accurate, detailed ordering instructions • Respond to internal customer and vendor requests primarily through email • Update file status within company and/or client systems • Build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders • Communicate file status to appropriate personnel • Monitor processes and resolve issues to achieve SLAs • Report issues to internal stakeholders and escalate complex title issues to the manager • Facilitate vendor onboarding • Implement best practices and develop performance standards, policies, procedures, and management tools • Analyze vendor performance, identify trends, and take corrective action • Liaise between vendor partners and the company to resolve service delivery issues • Manage vendor-management programs and projects, including requirements, deliverables, project plans, and delivery schedules • Coordinate completion of the title process • Monitor and track workflow from searchers and vendors • Coordinate multi-site project intake and transaction management • Review and validate data accuracy in order requests, production reports, vendor search work, and internal systems • Verify file completeness, obtain outstanding title documents, and approve completed files • Perform special projects • Assist with title production support and settlement services preparation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ years of title experience related to property title searches, documents, issues, and complexities • Demonstrated success establishing, leading, and maintaining effective working relationships • Proficient MS Office skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Professionalism and a positive service attitude • Working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
