• Support Title Agents with commercial real estate transactions • Assist with title commitment reviews, title and tax updates, title curative matters, recording and transfer tax information, and premium quotes • Create and maintain files, records, and reports • Review Buyer, Seller, and Lender transaction documents and closing instructions • Review surveys and other due diligence items • Answer exam inquiries and obtain underwriting approvals • Prepare and revise title commitments, proforma title policies, and endorsements • Issue final title policies and endorsements according to Company underwriting guidelines • Communicate professionally with internal and external parties • Perform other duties as assigned
• 3-5 years of title industry experience • Commercial multi-state experience preferred • High School diploma or equivalent • Some college preferred • Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office, including Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, and Teams • Ability to quickly learn company operating systems, software applications, and technologies • FAST experience preferred • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills • Strong time management, including email and file management • Keen attention to detail • Stellar organizational and time management skills • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a highly productive manner • Ability to contribute to a collaborative team • Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude
