📋 Description

• Process escrow servicing functions throughout the loan lifecycle, from loan acquisition through ongoing servicing and servicing transfers • Monitor service delivery, productivity, and quality standards for tax processes and tax vendors • Process escrow-related documents and disbursements accurately and timely • Perform general escrow account maintenance • Research and respond to internal customer requests and inquiries • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, investor, and state requirements • Process and monitor departmental reporting requirements and workflows • Perform basic mathematical calculations related to escrow servicing • Maintain accurate accounting of escrow disbursements • Conduct quality reviews, tax document reviews, and verification of information from tax assessors and other sources

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working in a mortgage environment, preferably Mortgage Loan Servicing • Proficiency in MS Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills • Problem solving skills • Organized • Preferred Bachelor's Degree
