📋 Description

• Coordinate servicing-related activities for private securitizations, whole loan private investors with unique servicing requirements, and excess servicing spreads from initial transaction notice through post-closing • Create and manage reporting of deal activities and assist with custom reporting development • Communicate program-related information to clients across Client Relations • Serve as primary liaison between servicing teams, legal counsel, clients, investors, and counterparties • Procure external counterparties when needed to review, interpret, and operationalize securitization agreements, servicing agreements, PSAs, and related transaction documents • Develop and implement servicing processes for unique deal structures, including workflows and additional cost determination • Create SLAs and track key deliverables, timelines, and reporting obligations • Conduct quality control checks several times per year • Identify process gaps and propose efficiency, accuracy, and scalability enhancements • Support audits, investor requests, and due diligence for securitized portfolios • Lead client-facing meetings, including deal kick-off calls, manage expectations, and work with the assigned Account Executive • Coordinate bank account setups, investor header configurations, and Investor Reporting requirements • Develop, maintain, and oversee a centralized repository of deal-specific requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, investor reporting, project management, or finance, with direct exposure to securitizations or complex loan transactions • Understanding of Servicing Capital Markets • Strong understanding of pooling, including GSE pool structures and remittance types • Strong understanding of servicing agreements, investor reporting requirements, and servicing operations • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously • Ability to translate legal/contractual language into actionable operational steps • Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with ability to build processes from the ground up
