• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand needs and expectations • Collect, analyze, and interpret product-related data to identify trends and recommend product improvements • Assist product users, address inquiries, and help resolve product issues • Support product development cycles and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Contribute to overall product strategy • Engage with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategy • Map launch plans • Prepare methods for collecting user feedback after launch • Present the project at Intern Expo Day to First American leadership and fellow interns
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited university • Major in business, technology, or a related field preferred • Prior exposure to best practices through hackathons, design challenges, university projects, or previous internships
