📋 Description

• Quality check final reports and completed documents for accuracy and completeness • Identify missing information and areas requiring corrections • Contact internal resources or customers to obtain required information • Ensure products comply with company and customer standards • Escalate complex questions to a supervisor or lead • Ensure the quality and accuracy of documents or reports before final printing and customer distribution

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 1-2 years directly related experience • Proficient PC skills • Strong attention to detail • Good verbal and written communication skills • Basic understanding of customer compliance requirements • Ability to work hours with a start time as early as 8:00am and an end time as late as 7:30pm
