📋 Description

• Process Partial Releases, Additions of Land, Easements, and other land-related transactions • Review loan and property information to determine eligibility and transaction requirements • Review legal descriptions, surveys/plats, deeds, title documents, valuations, and other supporting documentation • Identify outstanding requirements and communicate with customers and internal/external business partners • Coordinate investor, mortgage insurance, client, title, appraisal, legal, and other approvals • Manage assigned transactions and follow outstanding conditions through completion • Maintain accurate system documentation, imaging, tasks, and transaction records • Ensure transactions comply with investor, insurer, regulatory, and company requirements • Research complex or non-standard transactions and escalate issues when appropriate • Support process improvements and maintain department procedures and job aids

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of mortgage servicing, mortgage operations, title, real estate, or related experience preferred • Working knowledge of mortgage servicing and property-related documentation • Ability to interpret and apply investor, insurer, client, and internal requirements • Strong attention to detail, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to independently manage multiple transactions and recognize when escalation is required
