📋 Description

• Administer and support SailPoint IdentityIQ and other IAM technologies • Support identity lifecycle management for onboarding, transfers, role changes, and offboarding • Manage user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and modifications across enterprise applications and systems • Participate in the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of IAM solutions and enhancements • Integrate applications, databases, operating systems, cloud platforms, and directories into IAM platforms • Support access certification campaigns, user access reviews, segregation of duties controls, and governance processes • Review user roles, entitlements, and access rights for compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements • Analyze and resolve IAM-related incidents, service requests, and operational issues • Develop and maintain IAM documentation, processes, procedures, knowledge articles, and technical reports • Partner with business stakeholders and application owners on role models, access controls, and identity governance processes • Automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through workflow enhancements and system integrations • Monitor IAM operational metrics and report on service performance, compliance status, and risk indicators • Support internal and external audits with evidence, reporting, and IAM controls expertise • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives enhancing security, user experience, and operational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), user lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and access certification processes • Experience supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IGA platforms • Knowledge of access provisioning, deprovisioning, role management, entitlement management, and segregation of duties concepts • Familiarity with authentication, federation, multifactor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM) technologies • Experience working with Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure Active Directory • Infrastructure support for Windows and Linux Operating Systems • Understanding of database concepts, data structures, SQL queries, and reporting • Experience integrating applications, databases, operating systems, and cloud platforms with IAM solutions • Experience with IAM technologies such as SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, RSA, or similar platforms • Knowledge of process automation and workflow design • Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and identity-related integrations is preferred • Knowledge of SOX, PCI-DSS, NIST, and other applicable security standards • Experience developing and maintaining IAM metrics, KPIs, KRIs, and audit reporting • Ability to analyze access controls and evaluate compliance with established policies and standards • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 8 years' experience in Information Security • Preferred: 2+ years of experience supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud • Preferred experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, or similar identity platforms • Preferred experience supporting access certification, role mining, and identity governance programs • Preferred familiarity with PowerShell, BeanShell, Java, or SQL • Security certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CIAM, or SailPoint certifications are preferred
