📋 Description

• Lead implementation of enhancements for the quality, management, and storage of enterprise data • Execute initiatives improving profiling, exception reporting, issue resolution, and Enterprise Data Warehouse fixes • Build dashboards to modernize analytics and assist management with special data projects • Enforce data policies and procedures across the enterprise • Gather associate feedback to identify improvements in data management capabilities • Complete month-end validations of reporting data for quality and completeness • Assist with training or mentoring less experienced consultants • Facilitate strategies to develop the Bank's data management capabilities • Assist management with strategic planning and implementation • Work cross-functionally to mature department presence within Bank business units • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies and trends affecting financial services • Create and maintain Enterprise Data Warehouse documentation, including source-to-target mappings and data dictionaries • Identify and create centralized business-critical reports • Provide expert consultation to team members, Information Technology, the Bank's Data Council, and other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Data Management, Data Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Data Management, Data Analytics • Preferred Education: Advanced Degree • Preferred certification: DAMA Certified Data Management Professional-Practitioner (CDMP-P) • Understanding of data warehousing and transformation methods, lineage documentation, and ETL processes • Knowledge of data spreadsheets and databases • Understanding of Base SAS programming, SAS Enterprise Guide, Cognos, or related programs • Ability to write SAS programming language
