📋 Description

• Build relationships with members and identify opportunities to refer credit union products and services • Provide exceptional member service through calls, chats, secured messaging, and other department tasks • Educate members on digital self-service options • Assist members with account, product, service, online banking, and digital-service inquiries • Resolve member issues and concerns, including fraud prevention, operations-related items, and digital-service issues • Process member transactions accurately and efficiently through online banking and other digital channels • Ensure compliance with credit union policies and procedures • Promote credit union products and services, including online banking and digital self-service options • Participate in ongoing training on credit union products, services, digital services, and product referrals • Report to the Associate Manager, Member Experience Center • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required • Minimum 2 years of work-related experience in a full-service financial institution or related position in a related field • Knowledge of credit union products and services, procedures, guidelines, and field-of-membership requirements • Working knowledge of regulations applicable to essential responsibilities • Effective communication skills across all audience levels • Knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Knowledge of Symitar for Windows (Episys) • Related college degree, work-related experience beyond the minimum, and supervisory or lead employee experience preferred
