📋 Description

• Lead the execution of large-scale programs and initiatives, ensuring activities are delivered in alignment with approved plans, timelines, budgets, and strategic business objectives. • Develop and implement advanced financial strategies, including program budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and cost optimization to maximize return on investment and drive financial efficiency. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and industry partners while executing comprehensive communication and engagement strategies. • Utilize advanced data analysis and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making, identify program risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to program teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, quality, and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Significant experience leading large-scale programs, projects, or business initiatives with responsibility for financial management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership. • Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems, influence stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively with a high degree of autonomy.
