• Develop and enhance executive client relationships with key clients including the top 100 clients • Collaborate with various teams to drive business growth • Create and implement strategic plans for long and short-term objectives • Share market insights with key clients and act as the escalation path for issue resolution • Generate and analyze business review data on a regular basis • Assist merchants with improved authorization rates • Submit and manage project requests to ensure completion within defined SLAs
• Bachelor's degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large accounts with a focus on net new and add-on sales commitments and client retention, preferably in mid to large merchant environments • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the debit payments industry • Strong financial and data analysis skills • Ability to travel up to 50% to client sites
