📋 Description

• Serve as the primary resource for documenting current-state and future-state PEP+ processes • Facilitate requirements gathering and support implementation activities • Assume ownership of payments optimization initiatives across both organizations • Provide end-to-end support and ownership for same-day settlement, ACH optimization and file changes, and ACH credit push and reinitiation enhancements • Establish comprehensive documentation of PEP+ business processes and workflows • Create and maintain a centralized knowledge repository across both organizations • Ensure business requirements remain aligned with technical implementation • Support issue resolution, testing, and process optimization activities • Reduce dependency on technical SMEs for business analysis functions • Communicate directly with Credit One’s Product Owner • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners • Provide long-term ownership and governance for post-implementation enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of PEP+ payment processing systems • Experience documenting business processes, requirements, and operational procedures • Strong understanding of ACH processing, settlement, and payments operations • Experience supporting large-scale system optimization initiatives • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to navigate Finxact and understand integration touchpoints • Ability to work in Las Vegas, NV • Familiarity with Finxact and Savana platforms is a plus • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization • Candidates requiring current or future sponsorship, including temporary visa holders, will not be considered
