📋 Description

• Own outbound go-to-market end-to-end in close partnership with the founder • Build the outbound system and fill the pipeline • Build target lists using Form 5500 filings, wellness stipend job postings, conference attendee lists, provider rosters, and ACO rosters • Set up and manage sending infrastructure including secondary domains, mailbox warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox rotation, suppression lists, and deliverability monitoring • Write and run personalized multi-channel sequences across email, LinkedIn, and SMS for event and opted-in follow-up • Use Clay, enrichment waterfalls, and LLMs for research and personalization at scale • Book qualified meetings and prepare account-specific research • Manage pipeline progression, next touchpoints, re-engagement, and stalled conversations • Run conference outreach, including pre-booking meetings, working the floor, and following up within 24 hours • Optionally build marketing initiatives such as newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and useful content to keep leads warm

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of startup outbound experience, having built the system rather than inherited it • Strong command of reply rate, positive-reply rate, meetings booked, and meetings held • AI-native working approach • Hands-on experience with Clay or equivalent, Instantly/Smartlead or equivalent, LinkedIn automation tools, and a clean CRM • Deliverability expertise, including understanding separate domains for cold campaigns • Relentless follow-through on no-shows, stalled deals, and introductions • Comfortable calling leads and performing manual prospecting and engagement work • Comfortable working in an early-stage founding role without a manager, support staff, or playbook • Strong writing skills • Motivation by health, behavior change, and human support • Bonus: experience selling into HR, employee benefits, health plans, or healthcare • Bonus: conference-driven pipeline experience • Bonus: independently closing deals • Bonus: building automations with Zapier, n8n, or scripts
