📋 Description
• Lead the closing process for standard and complex Commercial and Industrial transactions • Serve as the subject matter expert and liaison between lending, legal, and third-party providers • Coordinate complex loan closings following loan approval • Manage closing activities and address escalations • Review complex loan documents for consistency with credit approvals and resolve discrepancies • Engage with title companies and escrow agents on real-estate transactions • Review and approve settlement statements and coordinate funding logistics • Validate CRA data and ensure booking and closing documentation is uploaded accurately in nCino • Prepare and upload documents required to fund and book loans • Ensure timely and accurate completion of closing tasks • Perform special projects and additional duties as required • Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies, standards, and applicable laws • Complete required compliance training
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in commercial lending closing, preferably handling complex transactions • Advanced knowledge of commercial loan documentation, credit terms, legal coordination, and closing workflows • Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external partners • Ability to lead complex closings and solve problems independently • Proficiency in nCino, Nautilus, and MS Office Suite • Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple deal pipelines • Compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
