• Define the product vision and roadmap for how Flare connects to customers' existing security stacks • Work closely with partners and customers to understand their needs • Collaborate with engineering to translate business priorities into shipped integrations • Help shape Flare's emerging MCP (Model Context Protocol) strategy as AI-native integrations become a growing part of the ecosystem
• Proven experience managing a technology marketplace, partner program, or integration ecosystem • Strong business acumen: you think in terms of adoption, revenue impact, and partner economics, not just feature delivery • Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, or ITDR platforms and how security teams use them operationally; experience with tools like Sentinel, Splunk, or comparable platforms is a strong asset • Comfort with API and integration concepts, including emerging standards like MCP (Model Context Protocol); you don't need to write code, but you can hold a technical conversation • Product Management and strategic planning skills, including developing product roadmaps and influencing without direct authority • Strong relationship-building skills — with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
