📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers • Mentor and encourage team members in project management • Assist and advise team members with issues arising on projects • Conduct regular meetings to monitor workloads and project status • Identify required resources and assign responsibilities • Review and allocate new projects in consultation with other Senior Projects Team Leads • Manage large-value projects • Deliver projects to specification, on time, within schedule, company quality and safety standards, and budget • Create and execute project work plans and revise them as needed • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties • Manage day-to-day operational aspects and scope of projects • Review team deliverables before submission to clients • Apply project methodology and enforce project standards • Minimize project exposure and risk • Promote and develop company business • Promote an open-door policy throughout the department • Uphold company values and vision • Work with document control to ensure project documents are complete, current, and properly stored • Report to the Head of Projects

🎯 Requirements

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and conscientious with a high standard of attention to detail • Ability to work accurately to deadlines in a busy and pressurised environment • Flexibility and understanding of basic electrical principles • Proficient in English to lead advanced technical discussions with international teams and stakeholders • Demonstrated Flex Ways of Working • Technical competence with Microsoft Office and SmartSheet • Proven competence handling large and complex projects in switchgear, Busbar, or modular solutions • People management and leadership experience • Proven competence in customer negotiations and stakeholder relationship management • Leadership qualification would be advantageous • Project Management certification would be advantageous
